How does one capture the essence of a person in a photograph? For me, it involves a practice of empathy. Whether it’s a basic headshot, a complex set, a live event, or even a furry friend, I try to meet my subjects where they are comfortable - both physically and emotionally. I like to remain as unobtrusive as possible. And while I am willing to provide direction when needed, I think the most important thing a photographer of people and pets can do is to open up a comfortable space for their subjects to be themselves.

I specialize in on-location work (as opposed to in-studio), including professional headshots and commercial photography, promotional photo shoots and concert photography for musicians and artists, event photography, and animal and pet portraits. I am currently booking sessions in Colorado for Spring 2025, and Ireland, the UK, and other parts of Europe for Summer 2025. Please note that I am not booking weddings at this time.
